Warranty
Our markers are made of high-quality tool-grade polyurethane, aluminum and American maple. They are designed to withstand normal to rough paintball use. We know what markers need to go through in a game of paintball, therefore use and build parts that can stand up to these conditions game after game.
In the event of a defect in materials or workmanship that should cause any CP3 part to malfunction we will gladly replace that part free of charge. We will even refund your shipping fee as we are that confident in our products. The 24 month warranty covers normal use and structural integrity and is limited to CP3 parts only. Any other claim should be addressed to the appropriate manufacturers.
In event of a warranty claim please email us. Please include a detailed description of the problem. Pictures are accepted, however please keep the size under 70 kb each.
Any previous two year warranties will be honoured. After April 1st, all outstanding markers on special or clearance sold through eBay do not carry any warranty. For discounted markers sold after April 1st if you should need spare parts for damages that you should encounter they will be available at the standard price.
We use several parts not manufactured by us. Please take up any claims with the appropriate companies in the event of a problem. These include, but are not limited to; scopes, bipods, sight rails, slings, Kingman Spyder marker and barrels.
